Abstract

The development of legal culture among students constitutes a pivotal element in fostering responsible citizenship and sustainable societal governance. This study examines the mechanisms through which legal awareness and normative understanding can be effectively instilled within higher education contexts, with particular emphasis on motivational drivers that enhance active engagement in legal and civic processes.
