Abstract

The article examines the improvement of young boxers' ring movement techniques based on elements of information and communication technologies. The study used pedagogical observation, testing, video analysis, and mathematical-statistical methods. Boxers aged 15-16 participated in the study, who were divided into experimental and control groups. As a result of the methodology used in the experimental group, positive changes in physical and technical-tactical indicators were observed. The obtained results confirm the increase in the effectiveness of training based on information and communication technologies.
