The financial instability of universities necessitates fundamental restructuring. The strategic integration of artificial intelligence (AI) can optimize costs by up to 30% and unlock new revenue streams by improving student retention and diversifying programs. The adoption of AI is becoming an economic imperative for the survival and development of the sector.
