Abstract

The article examines the phenomenon of the female ideosphere as a spiritual and moral resource for Social Development. In the context of social justice, a link between women's values, awareness and leadership, and sustainable Development Goals (SDG 5) has been identified. The importance of the concepts of positive leadership and soft power in modern Uzbekistan as a means of forming a new culture of civil relations and equal opportunities is emphasized.
