The article analyzes the impact of Afghanistan's security system transformation and ISKP's activities on the anti-terrorism strategies of the Central Asian states. The dynamics of terrorist activity, the Taliban's approaches to countering terrorism, the role of multilateral cooperation mechanisms, and the digital dimension of modern terrorist threats are considered.
